Privacy policy
Last updated: August 2026
This policy explains what personal data this website collects, what it’s used for, and what you can do about it. It follows Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).
Who is responsible
- Contact: clubsocialibboga@gmail.com
What data is collected
Only what you write in the membership request form:
- Name
- Age
- Mobile number with WhatsApp
- Email address
- Any message you choose to add
- Confirmation that you are over 24, and the date and time it was sent
No browsing data is collected for advertising purposes, and no profiles are built.
What it’s used for
To reply to you and manage your membership application: to get in touch, answer your questions, arrange the interview and let you know about fees. It’s not used to send you advertising and it’s not shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
Legal basis
Your consent, given by ticking the corresponding box before submitting the form (article 6.1.a GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time, without affecting prior processing.
How long it’s kept
For as long as the admission process lasts and, afterwards, for the time needed to address any legal responsibilities. If the request doesn’t go ahead or you withdraw consent, the data is deleted.
Who else processes it
For the form to work, we use third-party services acting as data processors that only handle the data following our instructions:
- Make (Celonis SE) — receives the form and automates the notification to the club.
- Google Ireland Ltd. — the record is stored in Google Sheets and the notification arrives via Gmail.
- Netlify — website hosting.
These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In that case they rely on the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to clubsocialibboga@gmail.com, stating which one you want to exercise. We’ll respond within the legal timeframe.
If you believe your request hasn’t been properly handled, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
Website analytics
If you accept, we use Google Analytics to see how many people visit the site and which sections they read. It’s aggregated data, with the IP anonymised, and it’s not used to identify you or send you advertising. The legal basis here is also your consent, and you can change it whenever you like:
You haven't chosen yet. Until you do, no measurement cookie is loaded.
If you reject after having accepted, measurement stops instantly and any cookies Google had set are removed on their own. You don't need to touch anything in your browser.
You’ll find the details in the cookie policy.
Minors
This site and the association are aimed exclusively at people over 24. We don’t knowingly collect data from minors; if we detect any, it’s deleted.
